Account Terms 
You must be 18 years or older to make use of this Service. 
You have to provide your legal complete name, a kosher email, and any other info requested in order to complete the join-up process. 
Your login may only be used by one person - a single login shared by multiple folk is not authorized. You may create separate logins for as many folks as you'd like. 
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. The Company can't and won't be responsible for any loss or damage from your failing to go along with this security duty. 
You are accountable for all Content posted and activity that happens under your account ( even when Content is posted by others who have accounts under your account ). 
If you are using a free account you are not permitted to block ads. 
One individual or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account. 
You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You should never, in the employment of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction ( including though not limited to copyright statutes ). 
Payment and Repayments 
A kosher credit card or bank account is needed for paying memberships, workshops, conventions, and other events acquired fromtitle . 
No refunds will be given for workshops, seminars, and other events purchased fromtitle . 
All memberships are non-refundable. Yearly memberships are billed in advance and stay in position for the period of twelve months from the date of purchase . Monthly memberships are billed in advance on a monthly basis and will automatically renew each month, unless ended in accordance with "Membership Cancellation and Termination" below. There will be no deductions or credits for partial months of service, or discounts for months unused with an open account. To treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made. 
If you purchase a workshop, seminar, or event but make the decision not to take part, you will request either : i ) to reschedule to another event of equal or lesser value or ii ) to swap somebody in your place, provided you do so within 7 days prior to the event. 
You are solely accountable for notifying the Company if you cannot attend a workshop, convention, or event. 
All charges are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or commitments imposed by taxing authorities, and you shall be answerable for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties, excluding only US ( Fed or state ) taxes. 
Unless otherwise specifically mentioned all costs shown are in US greenbacks ( Bucks ). 
Membership Cancellation and Termination 
You are wholly in charge of properly canceling your membership. An email or telephone request to cancel your membership isn't considered cancellation. You can cancel your membership at any point by signing in and clicking on the Account link in the world navigation bar at the very top of the screen. The Account screen offers a simple no questions asked cancellation link. 
Your Content will be instantly deleted from the Service on cancellation. This info can not be recovered once your account is cancelled. 
In the case of Monthly memberships, if you cancel the Service before the end of your present paid up month, your cancellation will become effective immediately and you will not be charged again.
